LEDUC SA specialises in the production
of springs. The company was founded in 1938, and has been based in Seine-et-Marne
since 1971. Leduc is located in the Vaux-le-Penil industrial estate, near
Melun, to the south east of Paris. Our premises occupy a surface area of
8800 square metres, 4400 of which are under cover
- Types of springs
:
Every type of spring that we produce
(compression, tension, torsion, cylinders and various
other forms) can be further modified
by:
- Mechanical treatment to
increase durability (a pre-stress shot-penning)
- A surface coating to improve
holding power when used in a corrosive atmosphere (plating
with zinc, chromium, plastic etc)
Our average monthly production
amounts to 70 tons.
- Our Materials :

Currently, we use both ferrous
and non-ferrous metals and steel that has been forged, oil-tempered,
rust-proofed or galvanised.
- Production :
We have at our disposal a production
line of 48 machines, 9 of which have digital controls, specifically
set up to meet the increasingly precise product demands of our
clients.
- Quality Control
We use SPC computerised quality
control methods which conform to established norms of statistical
gathering and measurement.
- Certification
:
LEDUC SA is fully committed to
AFAQ quality standards, having been granted certification in
1998.
The company continues to develop, always
striving to respond to the widest range of different industrial demands.
